What is the difference between the IQ, the Audix and CrystalEar?
CrystalEar keeps things simple with controls on the hearing aids and preset listening modes. Audix lets you adjust volume and listening settings from its charging case while wearing the hearing aids. Audix also supports calls and music from a compatible phone.
Do I need a smartphone, smart device or an app?
Neither series requires a Phone App. CrystalEar works without a phone. Audix also works without a phone for hearing and case-based adjustments; however, a smartphone or smart-device (tablet, tv, computer, etc) with Bluetooth is needed for
phone calls and streaming.
How do I choose between Completely-in-Canal (CIC) and Receiver-in-Canal (RIC)?
The CIC style sits inside the ear canal, with no hearing aid body behind the ear.
The RIC style has a small body that sits behind the ear, connected to an earpiece by a thin wire.
Choose the design you prefer; fit and comfort vary from person to person.
Are the hearing aids rechargeable?
Yes, all of our hearing aids are rechargeable and come with a charging case.
Do the hearing aids come with a warranty?
