• During the call, Earl explicitly asks if they would like to opt-in to receive a text message with useful information.

• Customers must press 1 or say "Yes" to confirm before any message is sent.

• Text messages will be sent from our dedicated SMS number: 1-888-293-9715.
  You can still reach our customer support team by phone at 1-888-818-1388.

• Every text message includes an option to Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
